On this page, we have gathered all the practical information you need in your planning before the fair and on site during the fair.
Exhibitor information / MMS
During moving in and moving out, this is in the Information, which is located right at the entrance.
Opening hours:
Tuesday 3 September, 08:00 – 18:00
Wednesday 4 September, 08:00 – 20:00
Thursday 5 September, 08:00 – 17:30
Friday 6 September, 08:00 – 16:30
Saturday 7 September, at 08:00 – 20:00
Moving in to site:
Monday 2 September, 08:00 – 16:00
Tuesday 3 September, 08:00 – 18:00
Wednesday 4 September, 08:00 – 20:00
Thursday 5 September, 08:00 – 10:00
Thursday’s move-in is for lighter and smaller products that can carry everything. put on a cart. So NOT machines.
If you want to move in earlier, contact Hans-Erik. The service may be charged extra.
Registration:
Before moving in, you must register in the Information, which is located right at the entrance. Here you get further information and your Exhibitor Cards.
Exhibitor card:
All staff who are to work in the stand must carry exhibitor cards. The exhibitor cards are free of charge and are collected from the information upon moving in.

Building rules:
Grass stand:
It is not allowed to dig in the grass.
If you want gravel / stone for a demo, order it via MMS
Demo area:
It is allowed to dig, have a test drive, etc. in the demo area.
Just try to level up after you.
If you want gravel / stone in the demo area, order this via MMS.
Tent stand:
On the wooden floor, the maximum load is 275 kg per sqm.
If a higher load is required, contact MMS
Guard:
During moving in and out and during the fair, the area is guarded.
But still remember to always keep an eye on valuables in your stand. Do not store valuables in storage and other spaces after the fair closes.
Noise level:
During demonstrations, it is assumed that the place and the demonstration are adapted so that it disturbs as little as possible, all for everyone’s comfort and efficiency.
Oil and diesel leakage:
If oil or diesel leaks, this must be reported immediately, without delay, to the exhibitor information alt. MMS.
If there is a risk of leakage, something must be placed under the machine so that oil or diesel does not reach the surface.
Parking:
Exhibitors park in specially designated places. Follow the signs.
Show the exhibitor card clearly to the guard, and everything will go much smoother.
Visitor parking is just outside the entrance, and it is free.
Smoking:
Smoking only takes place outdoors! Smoking indoors and in tents is prohibited by law.
Paramedics:
Trained medical staff are on site throughout the fair and can be reached by phone. +46 703-55 66 36.
RISK OF THEFT !!!
Remember to always keep an eye on valuables in your stand. Do not store valuables in storage and other spaces after the fair closes.

Toilets:
In the exhibition area, there are toilets in several places.
During moving in and out, only the fixed toilets inside the motorway are open.
Accommodation:
Plan the accommodation for stand staff well in advance. On the website, there are suggestions for hotels that are happy to take care of your accommodation in connection with the fair.

Lunch and coffee:
During the fair, the Jönköping-based family company FC Gruppen is responsible for serving food & drinks. In the area, it is possible to eat home cooking in a restaurant tent, hamburgers in a simple food truck and there is coffee baked from the own bakery. For you exhibitors, there is your own exhibitor restaurant where you can sit apart from other visitors in peace and quiet and enjoy good food.

During Wednesday’s move-in day, there will be food and coffee to buy in the area.
Move-out:
Saturday 7 September at: 15.00-21.00, NOTE! No dismantling of the stand or driving out of machines / vehicles may begin before kl. 15.00, Think about the safety of our visitors.
Sunday 8 September from 08:00 to 18:00
Monday 9 September at 08:00 – 16:00
All goods must be picked up no later than Tuesday 10 September
If you want a later pick-up, contact Hans-Erik. The service may be charged extra.
Electricity at the fair:
If you have ordered an electrical outlet for your stand via MMS, the electricity will be connected on Wednesday 4 September at 11:00. The electricity is switched off on Saturday 7 September at 17:00.
Tent:
If you have rented tents via MMS, these are set up and ready on Monday 2 September.
After the fair, it is important that you empty the tents as soon as possible, no later than Monday 9 September at 09:00. Tents that have been emptied are left open (so it is easier to see folds that can be torn down).
Water:
Drinking water is available in the middle of the area at the serving area in the middle of the area and outside in the fixed toilets.
